Summary: Digital books are delivered immediately. All sales are final once access is granted, except where a technical failure prevents access and we cannot resolve it, or where a refund is required by law.
All purchases are final once access to the book has been granted. We do not offer a general change-of-mind refund or cancellation window. Please review the book description before purchasing.
We may approve a refund in these situations:
Email thebookstore.support@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond as soon as practicable.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. The payment provider manages the processing timeline; we do not control how long your bank or payment provider takes to post the credit.
If a payment fails or remains pending, do not make repeated payments. Check your order status before trying again, or contact support with the order details.
Because digital content is delivered immediately, an order cannot be cancelled after access has been granted. You may stop using the service or ask us to close your account at any time. Closing your account does not refund completed purchases.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the associated reading entitlement may be suspended or revoked while the dispute is reviewed.
